Training & Development Strategy 2006/2008
A key priority for Birmingham Safeguarding Children Board (BSCB) is the training and development of staff who are working with children and families. (Refer to Business Plan 2006/2008)
The BSCB supports the view that inter-agency training underpins best practice in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and that it can help promote better outcomes for children in Birmingham.
