Training Implementation Plan 2006/2008
In order for the Business Plan to be successfully actioned, implementation plans have been agreed, these documents set out the activities for the three Area Forums and each Sub-Group; i.e. Training Steering Group.
The Training Implementation Plan is one of the key delivery mechanisms for the Business Plan. The implementation plan is seen as a living document focussing on the key activities that enable members to deliver on our priority outcomes. The key activities have been given realistic timescales, which allow members to monitor and chart progress.
Some of our key activities include:
- Raising public awareness regarding impact of domestic violence on children and young people
- Piloting the NSPCC Community Safeguarding Toolkit
- Developing & Implementing a communication strategy i.e. improved publicity materials, use of plasma screen, website etc
